How to Cancel Your Parking Space

If you need to cancel your parking space, please follow the guidelines outlined below:


Instructions for Canceling a Parking Space:

  1. Submit a Ticket: Log into the customer portal and submit a ticket with the category of “Cancel space”
  2. Note:For New York locations, please be aware that:
    • As per your signed parking agreement, 30 days' notice prior to the first day of the following month is required.
    • Failure to provide this notice may result in continued billing for the next month.


Once we receive your cancellation request, our team will process it and send you a confirmation email.


Track Your Request: Monitor the status of your cancellation by logging into Prompt Parking Support.
