Instructions for Requesting a Space Change:
- Submit a Ticket: Log into the customer portal and submit a ticket for a “Space Change Request.”
- Describe Your Request: In the body of the ticket include the details of your request such as the space number that you would like to change to.
- Wait for Response: Our team will review your request and determine if it is available.
While we cannot guarantee an immediate space change, we will notify you as soon as a space that meets your needs becomes available.
Track Your Request: Follow the status of your request by logging into Prompt Parking Support.
