How to Return Your Remote or Key to Prompt Parking

If you need to return a remote for your parking facility, please follow the instructions below. All remotes must be returned in working condition.

If you have a remote/key to access your parking facility that was provided by Prompt Parking, you can return it to receive a refund for the amount you paid.
