How to Report Maintenance Issues:

  1. Submit a Ticket: Log into the customer portal and submit a ticket with the category of “Issue with space or parking facility.”
  2. Provide Details: In the ticket, describe the problem in detail and, if possible, attach photos to help our maintenance team assess the situation.
  3. Our Response: We will prioritize your request and inform you once the issue has been resolved.
