Lost and Found Policy

Lost and Found Policy:

  1. Submit a Lost Item Report: If you believe you left an item in the parking facility, submit a ticket through our customer portal at Prompt Parking Support. Include details such as a description of the item and the last known location.
  2. Notification Process: If your item is found, we will notify you via email or phone to arrange for its return.
  3. Important Note: While we will do our best to assist you, Prompt Parking is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend double-checking your vehicle and personal belongings before leaving the facility.
