Set Up Auto-Pay for Your Parking Account

Setting up auto-pay ensures you never miss a payment by automatically charging your card for your monthly parking fee. Here’s how to enable auto-pay through the customer portal:


Steps to Set Up Auto-Pay:

  1. Log into Your Customer Portal: For detailed instructions, visit Accessing Your Customer Portal.
  2. Select Recurring Billing: From the left navigation menu, click on “Recurring Billing.
  3. Choose a Payment Method: You can either select a card already on file or add a new credit card for recurring payments.
  4. Authorize Auto-Pay:By enabling auto-pay, you authorize Prompt Parking to bill the selected credit card for your monthly parking fee on the first day of each month. Please note:
    • Processing Fee: Each credit card transaction will include an additional $3.00 processing fee.


Important Information:

  • Updating Payment Information: If your credit card details (e.g., expiration date or security code) change, you must update the card information immediately to avoid payment delays.
  • Declined Payments: If your credit card is declined and results in a late payment, you may be subject to a late fee in accordance with your signed agreement.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that your credit card transaction is valid on the first day of each month to avoid disruptions in service.
