If you need to update your vehicle information, please follow the steps below to ensure that your parking records are accurate:
Instructions for Updating Vehicle Information:
- Submit a Ticket: Log into your customer portal and submit a ticket under the category of “Update or add alternate vehicle”
- Provide Vehicle Details:In your ticket, include the following information:
- Vehicle Make, Model, Year, Color
- License Plate Number
- State of Vehicle Registration
- Read and Confirm Agreement: Our team will respond with the latest Prompt Parking agreement to the ticket. Please reply to confirm that you have read and agree to the terms. Pricing will remain at your current monthly rate.
- Wait for Approval: Once we have processed your request, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that the vehicle update has been approved.
Important Note: Do not park your new vehicle in the facility until you have received confirmation of approval. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense.
Track Your Request: You can check the status of your ticket by visiting the support portal at Prompt Parking Support.
