Parking Facilities that Require Remote/Key Access

Modified on Thu, 20 Feb at 9:41 AM

Some of our parking facilities at Prompt Parking require remote or key access to enter the garage. This is to ensure the security of both vehicles and property within the facility. Below is a guide on how to manage access and who to contact for specific access needs at different garages.

How Remote/Key Access Works:

  • Remote Access: Certain garages utilize a remote control or a key fob system that allows you to enter and exit the facility. If your parking space is located in one of these garages, you will need to have a properly programmed device.
  • Key Access: Other garages may use a traditional key or access card to operate gates and doors. These keys are typically assigned to you when you begin your parking agreement.
  • Access Requests: If you have not yet received your remote, key, or access card, or if it is not functioning properly, please reach out to the appropriate contact below to request assistance or a replacement.

What to Do If You Lose or Damage Your Remote/Key:

If you lose or damage your remote, key, or access card, please contact the garage manager as soon as possible to avoid any disruption in your access. They will provide you with instructions on obtaining a replacement. In some cases, a fee may be associated with replacing lost or damaged items.
